Crell Auto received an inquiry about a 2014 Peugeot 3008 Allure with a 1.6 HDi engine. Upon conducting a visual inspection, we identified that the air filter needed to be replaced. Our diagnostic assessment revealed the following fault codes from the ECU: P1445, indicating that the additive injected into the FAP has surpassed the maximum limit, necessitating a change of the FAP; P2454, which shows that the differential pressure measurement of the particle filter has a voltage that is too low; and P2463, which indicates that the particle filter is overloaded. We implemented a series of procedures, including topping up the PAT-DEF fluid, performing on-vehicle chemical cleaning, and executing multiple computing processes to restore the particulate filter, which has accumulated 154,000 miles.
